Registration Period

Registration Notice

• A registration confirmation email will be sent automatically after successful registration.
  If you do not receive the confirmation email, please contact the secretariat at registration@unin.co.kr
• The registration receipt can be downloaded and printed after the congress.
• All presenting authors are required to register by August 31 (Mon), 2026.
• After the congress, the certificate of attendance can be downloaded from the website.

Registration Fee

• The following credit cards are accepted: VISA, Mastercard, JCB, UnionPay, and American Express.
  (Please note: For international payments, please check with your card issuer whether overseas transactions are enabled.)
• Registration fees are determined based on the participant’s affiliation.
• Lifetime members aged 65 or older are exempt from the registration fee.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

• No refunds will be issued after August 31 (Mon), 2026.
• All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to the secretariat (registration@unin.co.kr).
• For administrative reasons, all refunds will be processed after the conference.
• Bank service charges and administrative fees will be deducted, and any bank transfer fees shall be borne by the registrant.

Full Refund
Until August 31 (Mon), 2026 at 11:59 PM
